Registration and Enrollment:

Students must complete the registration process to enroll in the online art classes.
Registration details provided by the student should be accurate and up-to-date.
The enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fees.

Class Participation:

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually.
Any missed sessions should be communicated to the instructor in advance, if possible.
Respectful and constructive behavior is expected from all students during classes. Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property:

All course materials provided during the online art classes are the intellectual property of the institution/teacher.
Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use course materials for any commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

Students are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or proprietary information shared during the course.
The institution/teacher will adhere to applicable data protection and privacy laws when collecting, storing, and processing student information.

Feedback and Reviews:

Students may be requested to provide feedback or reviews regarding the online art classes.
Constructive feedback is encouraged to improve the quality of the courses and services offered.

Liability:

The institution/teacher shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the online art classes, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Refund Policy

Payment:

All fees for the online art classes must be paid in full before the commencement of the course.
Payment methods accepted will be specified by the institution/teacher (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, online payment platforms).
No refunds will be provided once the course has started, unless under exceptional circumstances as determined by the institution/teacher.

Course Access:

Upon successful enrollment and payment, students will receive access to the online course materials and sessions.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to participate in the online classes.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The institution/teacher reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, technical issues, instructor availability, or insufficient enrollment.
In the event of cancellation by the institution/teacher, students will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be provided at the discretion of the institution/teacher.

At the time of unfortunate circumstances, if you choose to cancel your registration and communicate the same with us one week prior to the initiation of the programme, we guarantee full refund of the amount, otherwise, you will only receive a 50% refund if you notify us two days in advance of your intention to cancel. The refund amount will be credited in 7–10 business days in both situations.
